Repair and Maintenance

1. For newly installed elevators, first, the elevator manufacturer has a high-quality warranty period (usually 1--2 years).

2. The daily maintenance of the elevator should be carried out by a professional team (certified by the State Administration of Quality Supervision).

3. Maintenance should follow the "Regulations on Safety Supervision of Special Equipment", "Elevator Supervision and Inspection Regulations", "Elevator Maintenance Rules" (GB18775) and relevant national, industrial and local standards.

4. Maintenance should be carried out on time and by appointed person, divided into semi-monthly maintenance, monthly maintenance and annual maintenance. The content of each type of maintenance is different, but all must be done, and must be recorded in detail and signed by Freight elevator both parties.

5. Once the elevator fails, the maintenance unit must arrive at the site within the specified time (the specific time is different, and Beijing stipulates that it will arrive within 30 minutes).


Elevator room and shaft management

Elevator machine room:

1. The computer room should be managed by maintenance and repair personnel. Other non-professionals are not allowed to enter at will. The computer room should be locked and marked with the words "The computer room is heavy, and idlers are not allowed to enter."

2. The computer room must ensure that there is no possibility of rain and snow intrusion, good ventilation and insulation, and dehumidification should be kept clean, dry, free of dust, smoke and corrosive gases. Except for tools and equipment necessary for inspection and maintenance, there should be no other items.

3. A fire extinguisher capable of extinguishing electrical fires should be installed in the computer room.

4. When the elevator is not used for a long time, the main power switch of the machine room should be disconnected.

5. In addition to the prescribed elevator equipment, no sundries shall be stored in the shaft, and water-pipe gas pipes shall not be laid.

Sixth, the shaft should be kept clean and tidy, and there should be no tower ash and dust.

7. The guide rail and door slideway should be kept clean and tidy, and the oil level of each oil box should be ensured.

8. Shaft lighting, car top lighting, and pit lighting should ensure sufficient illumination, and damaged bulbs and switches should be replaced in time.

9. The bottom pit should be convenient to go up and down, free of sundries and water, and should be cleaned regularly to keep it clean and tidy.

Well management:
