Regarding the daily maintenance of elevator inverters: now the elevators are controlled by inverters. After repairing a large number of elevator inverters, we summarized several issues that should be paid attention to in normal maintenance:

1. The temperature of the elevator electrical room should not be too high, otherwise the inverter components are easy to age, and air-conditioning is installed, the effect is quite good!

2. Prevent rainwater from getting wet, usually when a typhoon blows the windows and doors damaged by the wind, so that the inverter is exposed to rainwater.

3. Lightning protection. This is related to the problem of lightning protection facilities for the entire building or the entire community. In general, the inverter struck by lightning is seriously damaged.

4. The cooling fan of the frequency converter should be cleaned regularly, and it should be replaced if it is noisy or not running.

5. The abnormal noise of the elevator motor is usually caused by a problem with the inverter. For example, if the three-phase current of the motor is unbalanced, repair is required at this time. When the inverter fails, the damage may be more serious.

6. If you have no maintenance experience, don't repair it yourself. Please ask *maintenance personnel to repair it. Fooling around will make the inverter worse.
