Therefore, the oil for the reduction gear box of the toothed traction machine usually chooses the worm gear oil with the viscosity of VG320 and VG460. This kind of lubricating oil can also be used as the lubrication of the escalator chain. The anti-wear and lubricating performance has been greatly improved, and a strong oil film is formed on the metal surface, which adheres to the metal surface for a long time, effectively reducing the friction between the metals, so that the gear can be immediately lubricated and protected when it is started. Gear lubricating oil has excellent water resistance, oxidation resistance and strong adhesion, which can improve the sealing performance of gear box (worm gear box) and reduce oil leakage.
For the oil used in the reduction gear box of the traction machine, generally the temperature of the parts and bearings of the reduction gear box of the elevator should be less than 60℃, and the oil temperature in the chassis should not exceed 85℃.
